MW Civil was engaged to support a major tailings dam construction project after the client experienced delivery challenges due to equipment reliability issues and a shortage of experienced operators. The project required rapid mobilisation and a turnkey solution to stabilise operations and restore performance across the construction fleet, with operational risk and productivity affected by a shortage of skilled plant operators, ageing and unreliable machinery, limited maintenance support, high turnover and frequent safety interactions.

MW Civil was engaged at short notice to support the construction of a critical drainage levee on an operating mine site. The project required rapid mobilisation of plant, personnel, and technical support to protect key mine infrastructure, maintain operations, and operate continuously through the wet season, despite risk and schedule pressure.

MW Civil was engaged to deliver four reinforced concrete structures as part of the Argyle Diamonds Mine Closure seepage management works in a remote location with challenging ground conditions. The structures were positioned in low-lying, heavily saturated areas that required extensive dewatering, careful environmental management and adherence to strict construction tolerances.

MW Civil is delivering complete civil works for a 15-hectare solar farm development for Pacific Energy. The scope includes site clearing, bulk excavation, engineered fill placement and drainage. We're also constructing internal access roads, laydown areas and supporting infrastructure to prepare the site for solar array installation. The works are progressing efficiently and to spec, supporting the delivery of new renewable energy infrastructure in regional WA.

MW Civil was engaged to prepare five critical metropolitan work zones as part of a live rail infrastructure upgrade. Operating within a high-traffic urban environment, our team successfully delivered a tightly coordinated package of works under stringent safety and scheduling constraints.

MW Civil was contracted to deliver critical enabling works in support of the Cocos (Keeling) Islands Airfield Upgrade project, managing complex logistics and remote site conditions with precision and efficiency.
